DIGESTIVE AND LIVER DISEASE NEWS IMPACT FACTOR

Dear Colleague,

We are extremely pleased to inform you that the Impact Factor
of Digestive and Liver Disease (DLD) has risen from 2.577 to 2.972,
based on the 2009 IF update by Thomson ISI released a few days ago.
This allows DLD to rank among the top 20 journals in the field
of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, and among the top 10
in general Gastroenterology.
This advance is certainly due to the increased quality of published papers
and to an increasingly rapid rigorous review process; we at DLD will continue
to be strongly committed to ensuring publication of high-quality articles,
as well as maintaining an easily accessible platform for readers, authors and reviewers.
